He squirts. for bags and suitcases

This is a syringe. That's exactly what I expected. It splashes. There is a small "fuse" that moves back and forth to prevent spatter. I feel like it moves too freely for my liking. I use it on my daughter's hair (15 months old) and find myself fighting with the little one and flipping the 'fuse' too many times but that would have put me off the purchase if I had known about it beforehand . should really keep it pretty full though. Once it goes below the 1/2 way mark the OT has little atomization issues. It's still good.
