The 88-year-old loves her new phone. but we found a big problem.
A family member wanted a loud ringtone, amplified sound, large easy-to-read buttons, and a large cordless phone that was comfortable to hold. This phone has all the check boxes checked. The main problem: The answering machine does not work: 1. When the answering machine indicator is lit.2. Personal greeting recorded and acknowledged several times.3. When someone calls, they get a standard message. Leave a message after the beep. 4. No messages are actually recorded or displayed on the counter.5. The call log list shows all calls but no messages are saved. although the machine gave the caller every indication that he was recording a message.
