That's how they sent me this product! It was Christmas for my daughter and of course I can't wrap it up and give it to her! What a waste of money and it doesn't even offer a replacement option, hmm I wonder why! All the cosmetics are completely damaged and even the case it was in is broken. The box was opened and there were two puncture marks on the box! Not a happy customer at the moment

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas last year to use as play make-up. It's been 6 months and she still has 85% left. The colors are very pigmented. VERY. A little goes a lot, especially for kids and games. The case is also very durable. It has been dropped, thrown and left outside overnight with the cosmetics inside still in good condition. The palette was great but the packaging was very sloppy. I received it two days late even though it was the main package. The warp around the pallet wasn't very good, in fact there wasn't any bubble wrap around it at all. The tape practically fell off, and the box itself looked like it had been pulled out of a basket and just used as is. On a palette the colors turned out very bright and saturated. this item arrived broken and I was very disappointed. and mixed all the shards with other makeup. We gave it to our 12 year old daughter for her birthday! We'll keep it because she really likes all subjects and she didn't seem heartbroken that she came crushed. I felt really bad when she excitedly opened it and it was broken. I'm only giving 3 stars because she really liked it anyway, other than that it seems to be of good quality.

Depending on what you use, I think this set determines the number of stars to be rated. As the purchase was for our nine year old girl it is perfect for playtime and she loves it! If I were to use it I would have to give this set a star because although it is compact and beautiful the colors are poorly pigmented and fall out heavily.

Beautiful shades and great pigments with a smooth finish. This is a great set for all ages. And as a licensed cosmetologist and makeup artist, I'm selective about what makeup I use, whether it's for myself or for others.

Arrived mostly intact but delivery caused damage to many corners and broke a few foils on the corners as well as some makeup. My daughter wasn't happy.

This is my second purchase of this product and I am very satisfied with it. The colors are great and the quality is very good. I use it daily.
