After viewing the first review that came up that ripped this product, I hesitated in ordering this keyboard and trackball, but decided to get it. We are thrilled with its operation and the trackball is one of the smoothest and precise I have seen. I find the keystoke pressure to be perfect and it appears to be a very high quality product and worth the money. We always used another company's keyboard and small trackball, that usually ended up failing. Love the precision of this large one. My wife tried it and immediately wanted to replace her keyboard with trackball. The plug and play worked perfectly. I plugged it into the usb port while my computer was off, turned it on and it was all ready to work. The scrolling knob works very well. We never had one before and like it. Kudos.
