Very few spirit levels can be carried in a pocket (pants or shirt) but this one can. Makes it very useful. I use it to level my drill press, saw table and countertops. Of course, for longer spans or ultra-precise work, you want the longest possible spirit level, but even in such situations, you can quickly get to "almost perfect” with this spirit level, so that you can then apply a large, long, awkward spirit level at the end of the job. It does the job for 99% of what I need. Of course, it's not meant to be viewed from the side like most bar levels. This guy is useless unless you can look straight down. But it should be visible in the picture. And yes, it has holes on the edge so you can use a small nail to attach it to the wall.
