I really like this lamp! 💡 The price is right and it's exactly what I was hoping for. There is little light in my studio, it is almost dark during the day. In my photos I only have one lamp illuminating my desk/work station and you can see that it is very bright (this is the only light source in the photo and this room is usually very dark at this time). The clip that attaches to the lantern is made of metal, it's very durable and not flimsy. It attaches to my IKEA shelf as you can see in my photo (shelf thickness is 1 1/2 inches). The light is very bright, has a white/slightly bluish tint, similar to bright daylight. I think it would be perfect for late night painting sessions. The neck of the lamp seems very strong and easy to change, it stays in place very well wherever I position the neck - it doesn't try to resist and bends easily 👍 The only thing that can be a problem for some people, is that the neck is quite long, so it needs a solid or strong base to grip. I tried attaching it to the easel box (the same box as the one pictured in the photo) but the light was too heavy and long to support the weight of something so small and close. I would suggest hanging it on a shelf or maybe on the edge of a desk or table - in such a way that the light extends its neck fully without dropping it. #Physics
