Bought two of these in October 2018 for our two cars - one silver, one black. Silver collapsed in the first two months. The rubber part on the back is completely detached (the metal hooks are pulled out of the rubber handle attached to the machine). Appears to have been glued badly. I asked for a replacement and they were very kind to send me a replacement. The replacement just broke, EXACTLY the same way. That means 2 out of 3 I've used from this company broke within 6 months under the weight of my Iphone X Max. While it's sized to fit the larger iPhone, the weight of my phone has also resulted in the whole thing dropping a few times while driving, which is both annoying and dangerous.
