Make sure you register it on the Pet Rovers website to maintain the warranty. Lifetime warranty on trolleys and 3 years on wheels. The wheels are amazing. I like my airless bikes. It's strong and not heavy, but solid. Much better than others and I've had a cheap brand before, no guarantees and it was brittle. PetRover is worth the price and cheaper on the PetRover website. Please check the delivery first. I guess the Revain price is higher to cover the shipping cost. The guarantee works 1000% because I registered my stroller when I saw my replacement from Revain had a Pet River sticker saying 'Lifetime Guarantee'. I sent back the one I bought back unopened and registered, sent a photo and told them it wouldn't work out in 3.5 years. They sent me a brand new one and just asked me to donate mine to a nonprofit and send proof. I got my replacement before I got my receipt but it's now donated. They must live as a family business that has integrity and the true heart of public relations. Village!
