Great tool for tracking and reporting prospect activity

It's easy to use, it integrates with my CRM (Salesforce) which makes managing our leads super simple! I wish there were more options in terms of lead scoring/segmentation but once you've set up your rules everything works great. The customer service has been amazing so far - they're always willing to help out if we have any questions or concerns about how things are working. They also work really hard to ensure their product meets all customers' needs as well as making sure each feature gets used properly by users. Sometimes when using Salesforce data from other sources, such as HubSpot, certain fields don't transfer over correctly into Imopolisomous. This can cause some issues down stream where an email address isn't available during onboarding. We needed something specific to manage our B2B sales pipeline within Salesforce. There weren.
