The ability to create custom videos, upload multiple clips in one go with ease of use has been my favorite feature so far! I wish there was an option where you can add more than 10 seconds worth of audio at once instead if having it split into two segments which sometimes makes editing difficult due to time constraints (I'm talking about when uploading via FTP). It's easy to use, it integrates with my CRM (Salesforce) which makes managing our leads super simple! I wish there were more options in terms of lead scoring/segmentation but once you've set up your rules everything works great. The customer service has been amazing so far - they're always willing to help out if we have any questions or concerns about how things are working.
