I like that they are located in my town so it's easy to keep track of them when you need an extra hand! They have good rates for new grads but not much else as far as benefits go (I wish there were more than just vacation days). It is also hard finding nurses who actually want this job since most prefer their previous jobs - which was usually better paying or at least easier work environments. If someone wants flexibility then TNSS can be helpful however if your looking specifically into RN/RN-BH positions please look elsewhere because those opportunities don't seem plentiful here either due to lacklustre economy etc... The best thing about tnss though would probably b how quick response time from staff members during busy times such as holidays makes things run smoothly.
