I reached out to them several times before receiving a response that was unhelpful and did not resolve my problem. I was left feeling frustrated and unheard because it was obvious that the representative did not spend enough time reading my communication carefully. It's unfortunate because I had heard great things about Bentology's dedication to sustainability, but my negative interaction with their customer support has discouraged me from using them as a retailer in the future. I appreciate businesses that put consumers first and take the time to deliver high-quality service, but I regrettably did not have that experience with Bentology.
