Customer care Experience with Bentology Was Disappointing I was very disappointed with the customer care I received from Bentology. Although the online store offers a wide variety of kitchen and home goods, I had a problem with a purchase and tried to contact customer service for support.

I reached out to them several times before receiving a response that was unhelpful and did not resolve my problem. I was left feeling frustrated and unheard because it was obvious that the representative did not spend enough time reading my communication carefully. It's unfortunate because I had heard great things about Bentology's dedication to sustainability, but my negative interaction with their customer support has discouraged me from using them as a retailer in the future.
