Review on 𧣠Winter Dual Layered Weather Neck Warmer by Hassan Tomlinson
Sits comfortably and seems very warm.
The stretch seems moderate enough to keep the wind out but also very comfortable for me with a 17" neck. Haven't had enough cold to do a real test yet, but I think it will be better than the basic fleece neck warmers I currently have.
