It's possible that pregnant women won't enjoy sleeping on this pillow. Not just this particular brand but any. I can't sleep or sit with her since I don't feel relaxed around her. You must sleep with only a light, little blanket on top of you and must avoid rolling over within the pillow while you are covered by a huge blanket. My head is not very high off the ground, and there is not much room under my neck.
