This durable grater is a sharp tool that should be missing from your kitchen. It causes a storm. I was able to easily grate sweet potatoes, zucchini, and ginger for a healthy muffin recipe that I posted on my ADD website. It was a lot easier than our old grater. This literally cut the grinding time in half. Thanks to the large opening, it is easy to clean by hand. I have washed it once by hand and also in the dishwasher. Rinsed great both times. I highly recommend it. Also, they have good customer service. The CEO checked if I liked the grater. You don't see that often!
