It's just a jacket lol
Def not sized as I thought.its too small for someone with large breast. Lol I ordered a large and it's too small for me. Very tight in the chest area. My suggestion is to order a size up. And dont count on it being warm warm. The fur lined inside is nice, adds some warmth, but I wouldnt try this in a real Pittsburgh winter.
