They are easier to use than some, but I still can't put/hold them in the right areas of my back. Unfortunately, this company requires you to pack your return and PRINT a label, not a code to be scanned at the return location. it annoys me because I don't have a printer so I have to pay for a UPS (or somewhere else) to print it. idk why the sellers set it up that way. Why not just scan the code? 🙄
