Their team is very professional in their approach to meeting our needs for an effective software program designed specifically for us to manage all aspects of financial reporting within Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).
The support staff works tirelessly every day helping ensure we are able to stay compliant as well provide great customer service! Nothing at this time but I would like more training when it comes to using different facets of SOX such as SEC Form 10K's etc - so they could share those tips or trainings via webinars etc.. If you want help managing your risk areas under SOX this product will be worth considering if you have a legal department who knows what they're doing already. We use it daily along with internal control audits from another vendor which helps mitigate any mistakes made during quarterly reviews / annuals.
- This system has allowed my firm, through constant monitoring by senior management & executives alike keep track easily keeping compliance upfront while also making sure that there aren't gaps between procedures set forth versus actual action taken/performed..this tool allows one easy access into everything needed regarding complying items necessary across many various departments..my peers utilize similar products throughout other industries yet find little fault here
