NOT QUITE BIGASUO: No, sir. Keeping up with the Anticipation

As a Product Manager working in the infant products industry, I was thrilled to get the opportunity to test out BIGASUO, an online store that specializes in baby monitors and safety products. Nevertheless, I feel the need to confess that my experience did not live up to my expectations. Their dedication to the satisfaction of their customers is admirable; however, the products they offer leave much to be desired. For new parents who are in need of products rapidly, the fact that many of the products were either unavailable or had lengthy delivery times is extremely frustrating. In addition, I have discovered that the quality of their products is inconsistent from one item to the next. Some of the items were of high quality, while others appeared to be manufactured with little care or attention to detail. This lack of uniformity is a source of concern for parents who want to be certain that they are providing their children with items that are of a high standard. Lastly, I found the website's structure as well as its navigation to be difficult to understand and cumbersome. The search function wasn't very helpful, and it was difficult to locate the products that I was searching for on the website. BIGASUO has a lot of work to do before they can live up to their promise of being the best online store for infant safety, despite the fact that the company has a lot of potential. I won't be shopping with them again until they are able to enhance the product assortment, quality control, and user-friendliness of their website.

Pros
  • High-quality goods that give caregivers reassurance.
Cons
