Review on Sotek Compatible Cartridge Replacement Brother by Ron Thomas

These ink cartridges replace the OEM inks in my Brother MFC series printers and deliver good colors with minimal smearing. Probably as a good advertisement for Brother originals. The only downside is that some, but not all, of these cartridges are not registered by the chipset reader in the printer. Most display a message that the ink tank has been replaced and is full. Some won't. I've found that reseating and reinstalling the cartridge fixes errors about half the time. Considering it's half the cost of an OEM, you can afford to throw away any unreadable cartridges.
