I ordered this camera because it was similar to the model recommended by an online electronics reviewer. The originally recommended camera/microphone was nowhere to be found and appeared to be a good replacement. I was not disappointed. I want to assure people that this camera connects to Linux. I'm using Fedora 32 and the camera "was just working" when I plugged it into the USB port. The open source program "Cheese" works to change the camera's video settings. The microphone works well too. I'm using the Zoom meeting setup. My voice seems to sound fine even with a small fan running about 18 inches from the camera/mic.
