Nice and very functional replacement for my FX35 switch. I didn't even have to fiddle with a leather case as the narrower base of this pen just lies in the case as if it was meant to be stock. During assembly you have to pay attention to how deep on the post you want to attach the new grip - too deep and the shift activator will always be pressed in, obviously not needed and if not installed deep enough. Put the snap on the new one, you know the shift activator won't snap. Once in place, it is securely attached to the rack with three screws. Still works great after a month of use - if I end up having to tighten the screws again.
