I bought the EX toner cartridge and drum on February 3, 2021. Since this is a home printer, I don't use a lot of toner. I used the first toner cartridge with no problems. When I installed the second toner cartridge, I received a toner warning. I took it off, shook it back and forth, and put it back in. Same warning. I've done this several times and have never been able to get it to work. I suspect that the cartridge came with low toner. Revane of course says my return has expired even though the bag containing the defective cartridge was never opened until I needed it.
