I had a 20 year old Carrier Zone controller that was on its last legs. I bought this Ecojay SmartZone 4X controller to replace my old one when I upgraded the furnace and chill condenser. Before I bought any EcoJay product, I called to make sure it would work with my gear. I got a slow, long, thorough discussion and decided to buy it. After my new HVAC equipment was installed, I installed the zone controller. The product does exactly what the sales literature says it will. I've been using it for about a month and it works perfectly. This control board is exceptionally well designed and manufactured. It's easy to install and the documentation is easy to follow. The board features LED indicators and digital displays that tell you exactly what the board is doing, making it easy to diagnose problems and monitor board performance during the installation testing phase. The after-sales support is exceptional for anyone who believes. Fast, competent, patient, free of charge. I'm no HVAC pro and made two mistakes during installation that would ruin a poorly designed board. I called EcoJay support and they helped me resolve my issues within minutes. I recommend this product unreservedly.
