I received the bag and I was very satisfied. It looks the same as in the picture. The bag is sturdy and fits my needs well. I love that it has a shoulder strap when carrying heavy items. As a teacher, I always have a laptop and papers with me. It was packaged very well so the bag was not creased or wrinkled. I gave it a 5 for durability because I feel the bag is put together well. I believe it will take a long time. I gave it a 5 because you won't find such a beautiful bag cheaper. The material is not my favorite but I knew that when I bought the bag. Real leather costs a fortune and I don't want to spend it on a work bag. You really can't get a better looking bag for the money.
