I like that it tells me where to click (or even how many clicks are needed) before sending out mass emails, something this service really doesn't offer anywhere else! It just keeps adding all of my contacts onto one line rather than split up each person into their own line which is super annoying at first but gets fixed after 2 messages or so. If there weren't any negative aspects then they would be perfect! For now if you're looking for something more streamlined go with other services until such time as theirs makes sense. The ease in knowing exactly who needs what type message without over thinking about every aspect beforehand. I love that it is so easy to use and has a lot of different options for searching, especially for finding addresses. Sometimes it can take a little while to load but this isn't always my fault. It is great for finding addresses quickly. The interface could be more friendly for people who aren't as tech savvy. For example, sometimes it takes me a few tries before I get what I'm looking for. Give it a try! You might like it. We are able to find addresses very easily.
