I liked a potato masher with a different design than the two you see most often. I liked this one but made the mistake of not checking the measurements before buying. The size of the kneading spiral is not much larger than a very large egg. I would send it back but that would be too much hassle.
- Copes with more tedious tasks like mixing cheddar cheese mashed potatoes, mashed sweet potatoes, carrots, beets, parsnips, cauliflower and even kneading dough and more.
