Review on Glentronics Inc BWD HWA 00895001498 Basement by Philip Berry

Bought 2 of these. They were tested before being placed next to my drain pump. Well guess what, none of them worked and I ended up with 3 inches of standing water in my basement. I figured I'd make them doubt it and blame it on the Duracell batteries which are only a month old. but the batteries are still super strong. I put batteries in children's toys and they have been working non-stop for the past 2 weeks. i thought ok Maybe there was foil on the contacts, no. Tried jumping the wire over the contacts, still wouldn't turn off. Opened, and no broken or corroded contacts. These items cost me $12,000 in damage! BOTH of the ones I bought did NOT warn us about water!
