At first the plastic 'blade' is rough and scratched my paper which meant I had to sand it down. Second, I thought I had medium/finger length hands, but it's too big and I really need time to get used to moving it around my hand to use it - it's still not adjusted and I've got it now for a few years .weeks. In addition, it is not suitable for curling short forms. Third, it's waaaaaay for the price. Honestly, it's just a molded piece of hard plastic. The name recognition shouldn't make it too expensive. Someone has to rethink and create competition so that we as customers have a choice. but we need something like this.
