Bike arrived Damaged

The metal was bent and I would have to repackage the bike to return it (I cut the box to unpackage it and cut all the plastic packaging to remove parts and tool. So repackaging to return would have been a hassle).Edit: since my husband was able to repair the bent metal on the bike, the company offered to compensate me for the trouble so I kept the bike. So far I like the bike, smooth ride and the higher resistance is great for Spin-type classes. I would recommend contacting the company directly with problems (their contact info was listed on the box) instead of contacting Best Buy

All around, this is pretty good exercise bike. We have had it for some time now and it holds up very well. Since the bike is designed with magnetic resistance (as opposed to normal friction resistance) it is pretty quiet for an exercise bike. My two complaints are that it is not easily moveable and hard to move out of the way when you are not using it. Also, although it comes with an ''iPad mount'', in my experience, anything bigger than an iPad mini won''t allow you to see the bike''s LCD screen.
