The pedals are too far for someone who is about 5ft. I even brought pedal blocks and still can't effectively reach the pedals enough to use the bicycle in the correct manner. Same with my son, who I brought this specifically for.Not sure if it's too late to return, but the thought of taking it apart and boxing it and carrying it to a UPS stresses me out enough to just eventually throw it out.

FIVE STARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!I love that this can be folded to reduce space but fresh out of the box the seat is ripping at the seams and there's rusted hardware under the seat. After only two days of use there's a something banging inside the pedaling unit with each rotation. I contacted their customer service. Very fast response and resolution offered.

After only five days of use a noise I can only describe as clanking begun. I was really upset because this was my first exercise bike and I loved it! I contacted the seller and after a couple emails and a video of what was going on they issued me a full refund. This was all within the same business day! I have never experienced quicker and better customer service with an issue. I will definitely be purchasing the bike again.

Now that I've received and assembled, I find this has some rather bad problems. the seat post to plate isn't welded square, throwing off hip orientation. At the top of the main assembly the crossbar is also offset, causing the bars/monitor to sit diagonally with the left forward of the right. Both of these together are going to cause some physical stress over time, quickly negating it's benefits. For physical and financial reasons, I can't return it. Pretty easy instructions. Had just a little trouble attaching the frame adjustment knob, just had to have patience. Love that all the bolts are in the spots where they need to be used, very helpful.

I had a gym membership that I never used, so I canceled it and bought this bike. Absolutely the right decision! I use it almost every day. I watch TV while I bike. I prefer the recumbent position to the straight position. A friend with back trouble recommended I find a recumbent bike--this is both.Edit: the screen broke after two weeks. I'm still using the bike, but the screen is useless.

Bought this for my wife and she loves it. Great for keeping her moving when the snow comes and she can't get out as much as she likes to.

It took me 30 minutes from opening the box to having it user ready. Rode the bike for 10 minutes trying it out to check out the monitor console and the functionality of the bike. All I can say it's the best money I've spent to achieve the benefits It will get me. Very sturdy and functional piece of equipment. Very happy with the purchase and the shipping was super fast!I highly recommend this one!

I am 5'8 and this thing is just not comfortable. If only you could just adjust the seat to be closer it would be a great product.

When we got the bike the packaging was damaged and found that the control panel had actually broken during shipment.Contacted seller and they shipped a new control panel. Everything is working fantasticIt is compact but very sturdy. no wobble. Have shown to several friends and recommend this item highly

Love it folds away when in use easy to assemble I put t together in about 20 minutes rides easy in both setting upright and incumbent I would definitely recommend

We put this together easily. I use 5-7 times a week. I love that it tells me miles and calories burned. It is really quiet- I can ride, in the next room, while my partner sleeps.

I love this bike, it's the first one that I was able to pedal due to my height of just 5 feet. A friend put it together for me, and took him about an hour to do so. The bike is light enough for me to move if I choose to. I added on a gel saddle cover for added comfort, but honestly, it did not really need it, comfortable just the way it is.

My bike arrived but when I went to put it together, I realized it had a wrong part. Customer Service wasted no time in correcting the issue and sent the part right out to me. Bike is now built and works great!

Arrived damaged in shipping.Item would work fine for light use or injury rehabilitation. Not suitable for hard core cycling training. Also I have a 32" inseam and I have to put the seat up PAST the max level. So if you're over 5'10".it might be too small.

I have used it a few times since I got it. It works very good. I have had no problems and it is very quiet. The size of it is perfect and it folds up pretty small
