Now that I've received and assembled, I find this has some rather bad problems. the seat post to plate isn't welded square, throwing off hip orientation. At the top of the main assembly the crossbar is also offset, causing the bars/monitor to sit diagonally with the left forward of the right. Both of these together are going to cause some physical stress over time, quickly negating it's benefits. For physical and financial reasons, I can't return it. I put two in my basement storage room, which had two little light bulbs. It was dark, and sometimes needed to use a flashlight. These were easy to install, just screwed in light of a standard light bulb. Lit up the space so good we bought two more for the garage. Install for those were a little hard; the ceiling is really high. Had to borrow a larger ladder.
