2nd update: Sammy, the IKTCH rep who helped me passed! He ordered a new baffle to replace the bent one. It came from China so it took a while but it finally arrived and I was happy to put it back in place and make sure it lined up perfectly with the other two. Very satisfied. Apparently they insist on their products. Satisfied customer. Update: I put 3 stainless steel filter plates in the dishwasher and when I put them back in I noticed that one of them was slightly bent. The dividers are very strong so it cannot come out of a dishwasher. I want to replace this plate. I like touch controls. You just swipe your hand across the controls from left to right and it turns on. On the contrary, turn it off. It is interesting to show this function. Looks great and works well. My contractor vented the air through the attic wall. He even said that he really likes this unit. It's quiet and serves its purpose. It's easy to clean by putting the racks in the dishwasher. I bought several stainless steel cleaning pads that keep the shine. I am very happy that I chose this hood.
