Installation was just fun too many steps skipped but finally figured it out maybe 2 hours. All 4 clips broke in 4.5 months which is 3 times better than other reviewers so count me lucky. Ordered another one because hey I need a working dishwasher! Later it turned out that it was replaced by an all-metal version. Of course, they still sell the shoddy plastic version. Sometimes education is expensive. Update: The Tauuio seller replied to my review and sent me a metal refurbished version because they offer free replacements for a year which is pretty cool. I haven't installed yet because I already installed the plastic version which took about 30-45 minutes once I remembered how to do this and I got rid of all the mineral deposits in my washing machine (FTW citric acid, my washing machine). looks like new!) But I've looked at the new kit and I'm very impressed. The reel and reel seat are all metal, plus some extra plastic parts that I feared breaking were added. They've redesigned the lift mechanism, so I'm looking forward to finding out how this all works when I actually get around to installing it. I will upgrade to 5 stars for customer service depending on how well the new device holds up. Because I've learned to be gentler, it can be a VERY long time before I have problems again.
