As everyone has said, this is falsely advertised as 4 gauge wire when in fact it is 8 gauge wire. The real problem, however, is that all connectors that are designed to connect to 4-gauge wire are actually 4-gauge wire. This presented a major problem when attempting to fit the pieces together. Basically, the cable is too small to properly connect to the ports, making the kit almost useless. Well, not useless, but definitely not what I was looking for. Now I've spent hours soldering those smaller wires to the giant connectors. And if I don't want to go through the trouble of removing everything from my car and sending it all back, I got robbed along with everyone who bought it. The conclusion here is that this kit is false advertising and there are misleading issues that create more work with less quality than you want. I didn't buy a 4 gauge kit to get 8 gauge wire.
