After using it for a couple of weeks I think I figured it out. On the negative side the screen display does not turn off while using so battery power lasts for maybe 90 minutes. Using the keypad takes time to get use to. Will not play music while it's charging.Scrolling through songs is a little not of a head ache. On the positive side it holds a lot of songs. Song are easy and quick to transfer to it. Small and light but won't break of you drop it.Don't expect an iPod. It a cheap but reliable device to store music which is why I got it. I needed something to hold all of my songs. If that what you plan to use it for then you'll get your money's worth out of it.
