Review on 🔧 OWC Hard Drive Installation Kit for Lower Drive Bay of 2011-2012 Mac Mini by Justin Hill

The two supplied ribbon cables did NOT work. If you repair your own Mac. Get the IFIXIT TOOL SET (which also works with TORX screws on BOSCH dishwashers) and some cheaper New Tech tool sets (which aren't great, don't magnetize well, but are better than the tools included in this SET). and are the ONLY TORX TOOLS thin enough to reach the IMAC SCREEN screws. IFIXIT produces QUALITY INTERNAL COMPONENTS and QUALITY TOOLS. This kit is almost a joke. I like OWC repair videos but the equipment is not up to date. want frugal SSDs and RAM and use IFIXIT if you want quality tools and internals. The only place that DOES NOT APPLY is the DATA DOUBLER container which I'm pretty sure is passed on by NEWERTECH and up to 2 TB drives can support. The IFIXIT Caddy case is BETTER AND MORE RELIABLE, but only supports hard drives up to 748MB.
