I bought this item through Revain and it wasn't what I expected and I wanted to return it. Revain says it's non-refundable, despite saying so on the Q&A page. I could not find any supplier contact information in the materials that came with the product. As such, I would definitely not recommend this product. UPDATE: After several emails, a live chat session and a live phone call, the issue has been resolved. So I am changing my rating to fully satisfied.
