I bought these from a recommendation through a friend.Application is simple, These things are light weight, come with 3M tape, and a metal shim just strong enough to hold the magnetic grip of the light.The light has On, Off, or Motion Detecting. and and auto off in case theres sufficient light, it will not turn on (need to remove a piece of black tape to enable this feature).I put it in my pantry and as soon as I open the pantry door light shines perfectly on all my shelves it stays on as long as i'm in there and I can just close the door and forget. When I need to charge it I can just swap it with a charged light and let the dead one sit on the charger till the next one needs to be replaced. For such a simple product I love its applications.I also used this quite a few times when doing some electrical work in the house. It sticks to any steel surface so Just slap it behind you and turn it to ON and you now have a working light that you can move as needed when your circuit breaker is shut off.
