I ordered 12 tablets, they arrived well packaged. No problems with customs clearance on international shipments. I checked all of them, all had already been factory reset the 1st power on. There are no cosmetic or optical defects. There doesn't seem to be as much malware out there that Samsung has been known for in the past. The only thing I have is that the standard power cord seems too short as it barely reaches the desk from the plug which is just under the floor when in a seated position. As the value of 32GB for the price of the storage is a bit dated now in days hence 4 stars for the value. But so far so good after a few days. Ordered 6 more along the way. Maybe update in a month after heavy student use to see how it holds up.
