Poor quality and worst customer service for the money

Usage: Bought 50 packs of $25 Monte Carlo Green Chips to test as I'm looking for a full set but wanted to try a few brands before buying. the whole set. Chip Quality: These chips are not of very good quality, I may have had a bad batch but the 45/50 chips came from the packaging, not the stickers on the top but the detailing around the edges. They're ok if you don't care about the design, but for the price I would expect better quality. Out of the box, you may feel the chips peeling all over, so you may need to sand them down or remove small raised bits before you can actually play. I'll try to take a picture later and update it. Customer Service: I emailed first to ask if I had a bad batch or if they are as usual and they emailed back within an hour saying the chips were defective , and to make an accurate count and they will send me a replacement. I sent them the amount and never got a replacement and never got a reply from them, although I emailed a few more times to make sure they received the email. Bottom line: I may actually have had a bad batch, but buyers beware, if you get defective chips, they'll walk around and make you think they're going to fix the chips. If you spend that much money on chips to have games for about 20 people I'd rather not worry about such things and definitely wouldn't want to go through every chip to fix a peel for that amount. Crisps. They also feel nice, but I find the peeling makes the chips look old and used, which shouldn't be the case with chips fresh out of the box. I'm glad I bought it to try.
