Excellent Customer Service & Management

I really like how friendly everyone was when we first started out as clients, and they were always willing to help us with anything! They are very organized which made it easy for me (as an intern) to learn about their business model because everything seemed so well planned ahead of time. We had issues with some staff members not being able to speak English at all or having poor communication skills. It's hard sometimes trying to find someone who speaks fluent Chinese but has good customer relations skills. Try going through them if you need assistance finding people from your own country. Their services have helped my team be more efficient by providing training material/idea generation tools within our organization. Our client benefits greatly since there isn't much turnover compared to other organizations where employees leave every few months due to lack of motivation. The only thing this could improve upon.
