Review on VTech CS6719 Cordless Caller Waiting by Kyle Bonnell

I bought this phone to replace a 2.4Ghz cordless phone that was interfering with our wifi. This phone doesn't bother you at all and doesn't pick up any sounds from the WiFi either. I'm used to pressing the green talk button when I'm called. I agree that it would be nice to have a switch that automatically connects when the ringing phone is removed from the base. But now that we have caller ID from our phone company, I'm getting used to seeing the incoming caller's number before I hit the talk button. Some pesky marketers are adept at bypassing the "do not call" list, and I'd rather not answer them. My high school daughter wrote down the names and numbers of the people we call regularly. But how difficult would it be to wirelessly connect a phone to a smartphone to facilitate data entry or copy phone contacts directly to smartphones? I gave the product five stars because it has a built in speaker in the handset (the speaker in the middle of the back of the phone) which is a big plus for me.
