Screens often dim

Screen frequently dims (when using a Samsung monitor connected to a 15" MacBookPro). This happens 8 to 10 times (in 8 hours of work) and the worst thing is that it cuts out the sound and the only way to get the sound back is to turn it off and on again (or turn the hub off and on again plug in). in). This happens whether you're using the monitor's speaker for a voice call or watching a video. I don't think the product has been properly tested. I have to go back to the Apple connector. Very disappointed with this product and support.
