Responded quickly to send me a new one and it works great!

I have one that got stuck in my computer and wouldn't come out without the cable breaking or the computer crashing. I knew it was only defective because a family member ordered one and it worked great. Asked if they could send me a new one or refund my money. They immediately sent me a new one and it works great! Very happy with this purchase and how quickly they responded!
