The ease of use, it's very user friendly! I love how fast they respond to emails when there are questions or issues with my account/subscription services etc., It has been great so far using them as we've needed help in different capacities throughout our business year round (we're seasonal). So many options available that can be customized per your needs - what more could you ask? Nothing really at this point but if anything were ever necessary then their customer service team would get things taken care off immediately!! We have used gig assist several times now through out 2018 season & beyond into 2019 seasons without any problems whatsoever.
