Review on Airlocks Fermenting Drilling Sauerkraut Fermentation by Kim Palmer
A game-changer for fermenting!
After trying this airlock for fermenting I have noticed a significant improvement in the quality of my sauerkraut fermentation... I love how easy it is to install the drilling airlock and it has eliminated the need for daily burping. The airlock provides a perfect seal while still allowing gases to escape. The only downside is that it can be a bit tricky to clean, but that`s a minor inconvenience compared to the benefits it provides. Highly recommend for any homebrewer or fermenter!
