The skirt is flirtatious and fun, just like the picture. I'm honestly surprised that it fits very comfortably as I had to order a size smaller than I originally wanted as the size I originally wanted was out of stock. So it fits better than expected. Now I understand that this is probably for the best. A few notes: As I'm 5'2, the skirt wasn't too short. I could probably wear this in the fall with a nice sweater and tall boots, or wear it as a suit (original intent). The skirt is very thin as other reviewers have noted and has a raw edge, but that's no deal. Switch. I actually like the raw hemmed hemline. There are no wrinkles. This isn't the traditional "school girl" skirt. It is more like a suit fabric and, as mentioned, is quite thin. One could probably add a short petticoat for added fullness, especially when worn as a suit. In general, the goalkeeper :)
