Review on Starloop by Timothy Barnes

I love that it's so easy to use, and also very customizable for our needs! It has been great at tracking reviews from both internal employees as well as customers. The customer service support team has always been friendly and helpful. Sometimes when you're in an email loop with them they can be slow to respond sometimes. That being said their product works perfectly fine without any issues. We've used this software since we started using starloop back in 2014. There was nothing really bad about it but some of the features like "send feedback" could have more options. For example instead of just having one option for rating or commenting you should have multiple choices such as 1-5 stars, thumbs up/down, comment box etc. This would give us more flexibility. Also, there are times where you get stuck in a loop trying to contact someone who doesn't answer immediately.
